Lisa Marks founder and owner

It can’t be done? Don’t tell Lisa. The founder and owner of On Your Marks, Lisa thrives on making the impossible possible and draws on years of experience to make great things happen for her clients. Knowledgeable, creative, responsive and talented are words clients use to describe Lisa, whose satisfaction comes from rewarding relationships, managing with honesty and integrity, and doing whatever it takes to develop the best brand strategies, find the perfect products or create new solutions from the ground up. Before launching On Your Marks, Lisa worked at Gallup, Omaha, Neb., for more than 13 years – where they took notice of her many talents and asked her to establish and grow the Gallup “company store.” She loved it – and leveraged that experience and her advertising/marketing degree to launch On Your Marks in 2000.

Pam Grossenbacher Project Manager

On Your Marks’ project manager and Lisa’s “right-hand Pam,” Pam Grossenbacher keeps On Your Marks operating like a well-oiled machine – preparing estimates and presentations, tracking orders and providing outstanding customer service. Pam and Lisa became quick friends at Gallup, where Pam spent 15 years in the accounting department. She jumped at the chance to work with Lisa and bring her attention to detail to On Your Marks, where their complementary talents make for a well-rounded duo eager to tackle any project that comes their way.

Dave Marks Marketing & Creative Director

A veteran in marketing, graphic design, and creative team leadership, Dave is an innovator who brings more than two decades of experience to the On Your Marks team – taking projects from concepts to final creative. Dave’s impressive resume includes Creative Design Director at Gallup, where he spearheaded a complete revamp of the iconic brand’s global corporate identity. He led advertising campaigns for regional and national clients like Adidas, United Way, Nebraska Tourism and the Lincoln Saltdogs while in the role of Creative Director at Snitily Carr Advertising, Lincoln, Neb. Most recently, as Marketing Director at Williams Group, Lincoln, Neb., Dave led a brand redesign initiative and the development and execution of marketing plans for the company’s three divisions. Dave has a keen understanding of traditional and current marketing strategies – and gives his creative all to each and every project.
